Conor Hanratty
Managing Director

Conor brings 30 years of expertise in the construction industry, first honing his skills in modular construction. Since 2016, he has shifted his focus to traditional domestic construction, successfully leading a number of high-end residential developments in the south Dublin area.

Conor’s expertise lies in ensuring that every home is built to the highest standards, from inception through to completion.

His deep understanding of both modular and traditional construction techniques allows him to bring a unique perspective to home building, ensuring quality, precision, and timely delivery.

Stevin Tedstone
Construction Director

Stevin has worked in the construction industry for 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in delivering projects from design concept to completion ensuring deadlines are met whilst working with clients to ensure the highest standards are exceeded in delivering elegant luxury homes.

His attention to detail and ability to work with our supply chain ensures that projects are delivered on time and his hands on approach, working with the Brinnin Site Team, keeps the team focused on delivering bespoke family homes for the future.

Paul McCleary
Lead Architect

Paul qualified as an architect from Bolton Street in 1996, spending his early career with Duffy Mitchell and McGarry Ní Éanaigh Architects. He became a full RIAI member in 2001. In 2006, Jonathan Bennett and Paul joined forces with Liam Brennan to create Extend—an architecture studio driven by collaboration, curiosity, and a passion for purposeful design.

Paul has worked with Brinnin Homes from the outset. His focus on designing homes that truly serve the people who live in them continues to shape Brinnin’s distinct blend of innovation and functionality.
