Conor Hanratty

Conor Hanratty has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, initially in the modular construction industry, with particular emphasis in both education and healthcare facilities, and since 2016 in traditional domestic construction, with a number of developments in the south Dublin area.

Stevin Tedstone

Stevin Tedstone has worked in the steel frame modular industry for over 20 years. During this time, he achieved Agreement Certification from NSAI for a modular building system establishing the system as the first Agreement approved modular system in Ireland. Stevin was responsible for designing and setting up a new state of the art modular factory in the midlands whilst running the factory at headquarters in Dublin. While running two manufacturing plants he increased manufacturing output by 200%. Many of the projects Stevin worked on include residential, healthcare and education sectors. Stevin brings a wealth of project management and supply chain partners to the business.

Paul McCleary

Paul graduated from Bolton Street, College of Technology in 1996 with an honour’s degree and an honours diploma in Architecture. He worked for Duffy Mitchell Architects from 1996 till 1999 and then as an associate with McGarry NíÉanaigh Architects from 1999-2002. In 2001 Paul became a full member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and in 2002 started an architectural practice with Jonathan Bennett, working mainly on residential and commercial projects. In 2006 they linked up with Liam and formed Extend.
